I thought I
was interested in perfection. I was wrong. Perfection is the end game of
pursuit. Perfection is the parameter that you decided on and try and
achieve it. Once it is achieved, the chase ends. The question pops up, “is this
what I was in for?’ You are in a way disappointed. The disappointment grows on
you. Restlessness creeps in. You want the next challenge. All this is
to stay in the game; pursuance. I love the chase.
After I got
the Michelin’s coveted Bib Gourmand award, I thought, that was it. It wasn’t. I
stepped into the pursuance game again. The chase is on. I am back.
